Refund Policy & Return Shipping
To return your product, simply contact us. We only accept newly opened items in the same condition and package of your reception.
Upon receiving your items, we will examine your products. You will receive an email notifying that we have received your returned items. We will then discuss with you and decide on the approvals of your exchange or refund request.
If we exchange your products, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If we issue you a refund, which takes 5-12 business days to credit to your bank, in conjunction of your bank's own policy. Normally, it is faster than that.
If we reject your request, we will further negotiate with you on the matters.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Late or Missing Exchange or Refunds
If you have checked with your bank and think it is our duty, simply contact us to double check.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Gift items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive it or the wrong item from your purchase. Please take a photo of the opening scene. If you need to exchange it for the same item, easily use the free return label in your gift-box and drop off at the nearest postal courier from your return label.
